The Umatilla Morrow Radio & Data District is accepting comments regarding its intention to establish a contract price agreement through a permissive cooperative procurement administered by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) for a Nokia of America Corporation 15 link microwave loop. The estimated amount of the procurement is $950,000. Comments can be made in writing at Umatilla Morrow Radio & Data District, 4700 NW Pioneer Place, Pendleton Oregon and must be submitted on or before 12:00pm on 12/19/18.
