REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Radio Communication Tower Construction
Umatilla Morrow Radio & Data District, Oregon is soliciting proposals for the construction of a radio communication tower. The project will include tower erection services. The specifics for the site construction can be obtained by reviewing the complete request for proposal.
Umatilla Morrow Radio & Data District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and reserves the right to reject for good cause any or all bids and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the public interest. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident bidder, as defined by ORS 279A.120. No bid shall be received or considered unless the bidder is licensed with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board. No bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder as a part of its bid that the bidder will comply with the payment of the applicable prevailing rate of wage.

Proposals are due by 1:00 p.m., May 29, 2015. There is a MANDATORY pre-bid walk on May 22, 2015, at 9:00 a.m.
