Regarding the Communications Tower RFP, there is a mandatory bid walk at the tower site.
All interested proposers must gather at 9:00 AM on 05/22/15.
They will then travel to the tower site location with district and ODOT representatives.
Proposals from proposers who do not participate in the bid walk will not be accepted.
